Registration opens your First Sayve Health membership case. Once your profile and health information are complete, our care team reviews what you submitted and identifies anything else needed to understand your request.
We then issue your unique 10-digit Medical Identification Number, or MIN. This number connects your verified membership to the care pathway we coordinate and helps an assigned partner center confirm that you are attending through the program.
The care team reviews your condition, symptoms, existing diagnosis, and available medical records before looking for an appropriate participating specialist. You may be asked for clearer reports, test results, referral notes, or other information that helps the specialist prepare.
When a suitable partner center has been identified, we coordinate the appointment and explain what to bring, where to go, and what to expect. Appointment timing depends on clinical urgency, the completeness of your information, and partner availability.
Registration does not guarantee a particular treatment, appointment date, or funding decision. Clinical recommendations come from qualified healthcare professionals, and program support remains subject to approval and available sponsor resources.
